How do you like your new tripod!?

Quite a lot, so far. It's bigger than I had initially been aiming for, but I managed to carry it on the back of a big backpacking pack while cross-country skiing, so how bad can it be? ;)

Still, I imagine I'll use it a little more often come warm weather time. :)

I ended up buying a shutter release to facilitate some more night-time experimentation. I'm heading out of town next weekend so I should be able to try it out if there's a nice cloudless night.
